The Accommodation

All the amenities you'd expect in a 'home from home'...

A charming traditional stone barn conversion with its beamed ceiling in the heart of Chapel Amble, North Cornwall. Which has a fine public house and restaurant, Post Office & shop, all within 1 minutes walk

Providing good accommodation for six people + cot. 2 double bedrooms (1 King size bed and 1 standard double bed) and 1 full size bunk bed, (pets by prior arrangement)

To make the most of the barn the upstairs is one large living area, with dining space and with a kitchen area.

A stable door at the rear, with steps, leads down to the garden and patio.

Downstairs are the three bedrooms, bathroom and entrance hall. There is the main entrance door in the hallway, and a rear access door from the bunk bedroom leading directly into the garden.

Facilities

  • Travel cot, high chair, and 2 baby gates
  • A house phone which is programmed to accept incoming calls only
  • Open plan living, kitchen and dining room on the first floor with steps down to a private rear garden with open views
  • Cooker, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, microwave, hairdryer, ironing board and iron
  • The garden shed contains beach toys including body boards, fishing rods,  rings, etc., an assortment of garden chairs, sun loungers and  charcoal and tools for the BBQ, all to be used at your own risk!
  • Indoor and outdoor games
  • Colour TV with Freeview, DVD and Dab radio/CD
  • Ample off street parking for 3 cars with wide access at the front.
  • Night storage heating in the main areas, and panel radiators in bedrooms downstairs, heated bath towel rails and an additional electric fire in lounge, (electricity and laundry costs are included in the rental)
  • The bathroom has been completely  modernized  with new WC, Basin and Bath and thermostatic shower over.
  • New carpets fitted throughout
  • A rear garden patio with furniture for 6 and brick Bar-BQ area.
  • Another sun trap paved patio laid at the side of the barn steps with additional table and chairs. You could sun yourself in the morning sitting out at the front of our barn, reading the news paper with a cup of coffee.
  • A rear door at ground level provides  further access to the garden.
  • Choice of feather summer and winter duvets, all bedding provided. Please provide your own towels as required
